Maheen Kamran

As a driven and analytical professional with a strong academic foundation in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Peshawar, I excel in fostering sustainable peace and resolving conflicts through dialogue, mediation, and diplomacy. With a proven track record of internships with esteemed organizations like ISPR, 11 Corps, and the Institute of Peace and Conflict Studies, I possess expertise in conflict analysis, negotiation, and peacebuilding. My research experience, including a published article on CPEC, has equipped me with a deep understanding of complex conflicts and the importance of community engagement. With skills in problem-solving, leadership, and communication, I am committed to promoting peace, social cohesion, and human rights, and I am eager to leverage my expertise to drive positive change in diverse settings.

Miss Haleema Sadia

Miss Haleema Sadia, a Social Work student and emerging community leader, is dedicated to promoting social welfare, inclusion, and youth empowerment. Beginning with fieldwork at Da Hawwa Lur and the Social Welfare Office, and volunteer service with the Friends of Paraplegics, Miss Haleema has been actively engaged in uplifting marginalized groups and addressing social challenges.

Since then, She has strengthened professional skills through capacity-building trainings with the Center for Regional Policy and Dialogue, AHKNCRD Islamabad, and organizations like the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and Community World Services. Training in entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and public speaking has enhanced both advocacy and leadership abilities.

In addition to these experiences, She has taken part in skills initiatives at the Business Incubation Center, University of Peshawar, and has demonstrated management and leadership by heading a student society in SWAS. Committed to creating inclusive opportunities and raising awareness, She works toward building stronger, more compassionate communities.
